Preparing and serving tea for Nepali brothers

Date: 4 Oct 2009
Time: 1.20pm - 3pm
Venue: Church canteen
What to do?: Prepare tea (Ms. Christina Low will be present to help us here) and arrange the food bought (to buy bananas and swiss roll cake for 50ppl) and to get to know the Nepali brothers (hence more guys should come as looking at how shy the Nepalese guys are, they will feel more comfortable talking to guys, they are mostly in their 20s to 30s)

for more details of wanting to contribute or wanting to help out, do not hesitate to call Anusha at 016-2449475 or Mandy at 012-2330430.
