No Apologies

Hey fellow boys & girls of MYF!

For this week, MYFers who gave their names will attend the No Apologies workshop. Please bring along RM10.00 for book materials + refreshments (unsure about refunds for those who already have the book, but still bring along RM10.00 first). Those who have book, please bring it along. It starts from 9.30 am till 5.00 pm in the MPH so please come early.

Easter Cross Deco + Prayer Vigil

Hey y'all!

Once again we're tasked this year to decorate the Easter Cross for the Sunrise Service on Easter Day! So we need all the help we can get to come. We'll want to do things in a more efficient manner so we have decided to break into 2 teams for this activity. You can either come at

A) 1.30pm to church first before departure to flower picking place to pick flowers. Or...

B) 2.30pm to church and help with the preparation work of the cross

You are free to join either teams though the flower picking task does require more people. Please let us know on which team you're joining either on Facebook Kopitiam or email or other means applicable (Naomi reachable).

Eventually we'll or come back and decorate the cross together so now everyone's happily together again..!

After that, we'll proceed with our next activity which is the Prayer Vigil from 4.00pm to 5.00pm in the Church Sanctuary so don't go back immediately after Cross Deco ya.

Come join us for a more eventful experience while ushering the coming of Easter!

Hey everyone!

We got someone really special to talk to us this week. Anyway the description as follows:

Jessica (ex-MYFer) and her husband David and baby Hannah are preparing to serve in Cambodia as missionaries with OMF (formerly China Inland Mission). She will be sharing about their journey into missions as well as missions in the Bible. Come find out how we can all be a part of God’s work in the nations. Please bring along your Bible and any questions about missions!

We'll be meeting in the MYF room at 3.00pm sharp so please come early. I know you don't wanna miss it, so see you there.

David is currently working as a doctor (GP) in Perth. Jessica is a full-time mum and part-time staff worker for OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) discipling University students. Both of them have just completed their Graduate Diploma in Divinity with Vose Seminary, Perth. Hannah joined the family in October 2010.

Hey everyone!

We'll continue to make the Easer Crosses like we did some time ago... Those who have came the last time and thought it was fun to make should come again and show off your skills! On the other hand, those who have missed the last session, you're more than welcome to come and learn to make it as we need everyone hand we can get our hands on!
